Dip painting is our mainstream surface treatment for adjustable steel props. Before dipping, raw steel tubes go through cleaning and rust removal to eliminate oil, dust and oxide scale, ensuring strong paint adhesion. The whole steel prop is fully immersed into anti-rust paint tank. Dip coating covers every corner, weld seam and inner gap of the steel prop, without blind spots compared with spray painting. After immersion, excess paint drains naturally, then air dry or curing.
Our dip painted steel props are made of Q235B / Q345B steel. The even paint layer provides reliable anti-rust protection for construction sites, reduces rust damage during storage and transportation. The finished surface is smooth with consistent color.
Dip painted steel props are cost-effective, widely used for concrete slab formwork, residential and commercial building temporary shoring. We support custom colors and sizes. All steel props pass load testing, SGS report available.
